The Alsancak Trt Project which consist of a total residential area of 12.578 m2 and 2 blocks; has 24 45m2 office; 6 3+1, 34 2+1, 8 1+1, 6 duplex 2+1 and 4 duplex apartment volume. Also inside the social areas; there is a swimming pool and a gymnasium that covers 160 m2 with a car park for 220 cars at the basement.

After we analyze the floor plans; we applied the new layout plans and according to this arrangement; we shaped the exterior facades by creating courtyards. These courtyards helps us define a solution for the lack of green spaces in the city. Furthermore we create a social activity area between the two building; so that the home owners could enjoy their time with friends and family members.
