2-story villa project with a total area of 198 sqm, welcomes us with a 32 sqm entrance hall. Then there is 32 sqm kitchen and 32 sqm living room. In order to offer a larger and more convenient living space, we decided to combine these two spaces. So we obtain a spacious open kitchen. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms in different sizes (28.60 m2, 18.10 m2, 11.4 m2), a dressing room of 9m2, 4.9 m2 bathroom area including of an ensuite bathroom, and 8.4 m2 laundry room. In this floor, we have designed the master bedroom and dressing room. By dividing the roof for children, we provide them an area for activities, relaxation, and fun!

Before we start designing the villa project, we listened to our customer’s wishes. With the thought of giving a single entrance by combining the hall and the living room, we have obtained a much more spacious space.

Taking into consideration the wishes of our customers, we focused on clear and soft tones in the selection of colors and materials and combine it with a hint of blue. In that way, we give a character to space. On the upper floors, we keep the same aesthetic aspect. In the bedroom, we design with minimalism principles. The rooftop is designed specifically for children but becomes a fun living space that all family members spend time together. We call it a living space because it has more functionality than a children room; we have created an area they can both relax and enjoy all of their activities. We are also very happy with the result.
