Because of its location and detailed architecture, Bahar Residence attracts the attention of inhabitants of Manisa. In order to reach their potential customer and target market, we have designed a catalog from 3d visuals which we’ve been projected before. Our mission was to explain the apartment and social properties offered by the residence such as transportation, social areas and interior design details in the most open way.

In our design, we want to use the green hues in order to emphasize its relation between nature and its location. The overall horizontal form of the catalog helps to indicate our visualization studies. Also, the organic form of patterns we used as a background, create an integrity between the pages and emphasize the design. The usage of full-size 3D images enabled potential customers not to have a question mark in their minds in terms of readability and intelligibility.
