Bahar Residence planned as a site that consists of 2 blocks and 2.791 m2 land. In every floor, there are 4 apartments that have a large internal volume. In the penthouse, there are duplex apartments that aims to give homeowners spacious and convenient interiors. Also the multitude and comfort of the social spaces taking into consideration. In our opinion, the focal point of this project was the pool area and the geometric forms that we use at the exterior.

Bahar Residence offers a peaceful atmosphere where you and your family members can enjoy staying at home; with the thoughtful details and it’s connection with nature. The angular forms that used in the exterior, offers a new aesthetic perspective. Also, large balconies offer a space in which you can relax and enjoy the view! In the exterior; the composition of the colors anthracite, white and green create a calming environment while the neutral colors that used in the interior with rich textures, create a luminous and elegant atmosphere.
