We have partnered with Turkuvaz Co and imagine a residential building that blends modernized industrial and classical styles on its facade. So we left the main material as raw concrete and place CNC Plates that can be used as a shader. As a result, we have a rough yet elegant exterior. The thin forms we used in the balustrades compensated the hard appearance of the building.

We imagined a housing complex that you would want to come and relax after a long and tired day at work. The building planned as twin apartments in each floor. The glass facades we prefer to use in the living areas, emphasize the relationship between the building’s location with nature. The wooden frame that circulates around each apartment’s facade, divides the building and reveal the uniqueness of each house. In the project designed with the resident’s needs; parking lots were not forgotten.
